Nutbox

Description

These are made on a pole-lathe from sycamore with a labernum finial and a veg-tanned leather strap fastened with a Sam Browne stud. The perfect size for a daily snack of nuts to slip into your bag.

I’ve been using my nutbox almost daily for four years. Filled with nuts and raisons, it has saved many a working day where I needed a healthy mid-afternoon snack. By buying nuts in bulk rather than daily snacks I’ve saved money as well as plastic. Of course if you want a cheaper option I can recommend a jam jar!

The wood was sourced from Royal Fort Gardens in central Bristol (sycamore) and Tetbury (labernum), and is finished with Treatex Hardwax Oil.
