Description
Large sycamore fruit bowl turned on a pole-lathe made from a sycamore crotch (point in a tree where the trunk spits into two branches), revealing gorgeous grain patterns in the bottom of this bowl. The wood came from a large tree which had to be felled due to heart-rot last winter at Royal Fort Gardens in central Bristol. Approx. 10″ diameter, finished with Treatex Hardwax Oil.
