Description

Handled natural edge porringer bowl in Silver maple from Tortworth Arboretum with disappearing bead. A unique form of the classic porringer turned on a pole-lathe. I love forming my usual bead in the outside profile, and then standing back and admiring how to appears and then dips out of existence as the bowl rotates. Approx diameter 7″. Finished with Treatex Hardwax Oil.
